Description	Bi-Weekly Thursday Night Consignment Auction Thursday, December 27th at 6:00 PM Budler Auction & Consignment 1742 North 48th Street - Lincoln, Nebraska This will be a live and simulcast auction, with pre-bidding on items as they come in. Since this is the last auction of the year, we will be saying THANKS to all our customers and sellers on the first year of the auction house. PERFECT auction for you contractors), baby cribs and supplies, PLUS SO MUCH MORE! Don't miss this great auction to end the 2018 year! Food truck "Crepe Cafe" will be on site, so bring an appetite for winning bids and good eats!

Pick-Up Date and Times: Friday, December 28th and Wednesday, January 2nd (CLOSED ON NEW YEAR) from 10AM-5PM. Terms: BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER CERTIFIES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. By placing a bid, you are entering into a contractual agreement with the seller to purchase item(s) should you be the highest bidder. Failure to follow through with your role in the transaction will result in negative consequences up to and including legal action to recoup damages caused to seller due to breach of contract. All items sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty or guarantee. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Shipping / Pick Up

NO SHIPPING unless pre-approved by management. Items MUST be paid for before local pickup at our facilities at 1742 North 48th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska. Items MUST be picked up by end of day the following Tuesday or it is considered abandoned or unsold.
