Bidders in the tri-city area (Kearney, Grand Island within 100 miles of Hastings) will receive their invoice by 3pm (THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION) with an option for pick up OR to have your item(s) shipped. ALL OUT OF STATE bidders will receive their invoice via email by 8 pm CDT (THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION). Your invoice will include shipping and handling. You will find instructions for payment and pick up with your invoice. If NO PAYMENT OR CONTACT BY THE TUESDAY AFTER THE AUCTION (12/11), YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO BID ON JSI AUCTIONS. PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE ON PICK UPS: NO PICK UPS ON MONDAY December 10th. JSI Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. NO BUYER'S PREMIUM if PAYING CASH ON PICK UP!!!! 3% BUYERS PREMIUM on Credit Cards and PayPal. Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form (State of Nebraska ONLY) PRIOR to the auction. Out of state buyers (having their items shipped) will not be charged sales tax. Anyone (from anywhere) picking their items up in Hastings will be charged sales tax without a completed tax exempt resale form. Out of state buyers are responsible for following your own states laws regarding taxes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!

Shipping / Pick Up

READ LOT 1 c for pick up information. SHIPPING: WE DO OUR SHIPPING IN HOUSE!! We try our best to save you money anywhere that we can on shipping. We charge only actual shipping and cost of actual supplies used to wrap your package. If you are needing to have your items shipped: AFTER receiving your invoice, please email (jsiauctions@yahoo.com) or text/call 402-469-3834. Your invoice will have information on shipping. There will be an additional $1.00 to $15.00 per box for bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, etc. There will also be a charge of $2.50 to $5.00 per box that I have to purchase to make your items fit in a box that I do not have available. Insurance is automatically added to any and all packages valued over $50.00 or FIRST CLASS PACKAGES valued over $15.00 at a cost of 50 cents per $100.00. You will be charged for signature confirmation for any package valued over $250.00 "required by the insurance company" (which will be added to the shipping charges). WE WILL NOT ALLOW OTHER CARRIERS TO PICK UP ITEMS THAT WE HAVE TO WRAP. YOU CAN HOWEVER, PAY ANOTHER CARRIER TO PICK UP AND WRAP AND SHIP FOR YOU (only after the items are paid for).
